CRANE OPERATOR (offshore)

Job description:

We are searching for experienced offshore crane operators for various offshore projects (wind / oil & gas). 

The Offshore Crane Operator responsibilities include (but are not limited to): 

- Lifting operations

- Handle ropes and cables to make slings and tackle

- Ability to understand signals from riggers

- Inspect, maintain and repair equipment

- Provide support to other trades/disciplines where required, or form part of an integrated multi-discipline team

- Working knowledge of all Company procedures, including Safety Management System, applicable to his/her duties

- Carrying out all work in accordance with the established safety standards and work practices

- Taking part in emergency and occupational on-board training when applicable 

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Offshore Crane Operator

- Valid Offshore Crane Stage 2 or 3 certificate

- Valid Offshore Medical

- BOSIET Training or Equivalent (OPITO approved)

- Fluent both in spoken and written English
